It's coming...

Where we left off: Percy and Annabeth go falling into the under world. They are going to try to meet them on the other side of the "door" in the underworld. It's the only way to keep the monsters they defeat from reforming. They must save the world Gea's wrath.

The House of Hades is the fourth in the Hero's of Olympus series. It is to be released October 8, 2013.
The cover above is not completed, and the final cover is to be released May 31 (2013).
Special sneak peaks are to be released over the summer of 2013. Many people want it sooooo badly (especially me), but according to Rick Riordan (the author of all of the Percy Jackson books), the book has not been completed yet. I can't wait for it to come out. More news on the way. Hope you read it soon. Click here to see what Rick Riordan has to say for this book on is blog.

Percy Returns!

Percy’s been in months of slumber. Just like Jason from the last book, he's had his memory wiped by Juno (or Hera, whatever) and has been sent to another camp, camp Jupiter, a roman camp, to unite the Greeks and Romans.  He's also got new friends at his side, and he's going to need all the help he can get. They have been sent to unleash the god of death, Death, since without him the demigod’s enemies cannot die and just continue to re-form, although the demigod’s can’t say the same for themselves.     They also have to get past the newly re-born giants, eventually to try to defeat the evil earth goddess in later books who basically wants to destroy all human civilization, all within one week. That’s what the new book, The Son of Neptune is all about.

I love this book and I’m sure you will too. Rick Riordan does a great job mixing the myths of old with modern technology. Such as saying the amazon warriors from Greece run Amazon, the online shopping service. He creates his own world of demigods such as Percy and monsters as if it’s right behind our backs. Its action packed and funny, and practically no moment is dull! They face a lot of challenges along the way like the giant born to kill Hades. The only problem is he’s immortal in his birthplace, Alaska.

Once you begin you can’t seem to stop reading, always wanting to know what happens next. I think this book is great and I recommend this to anyone who likes adventure, or who just likes a good story. Trust me, it’s a great book!
